Arron Kochanowicz Appointed CEO
RAS Systems, LLC is appointing Arron Kochanowicz as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective April 1st, 2021. He succeeds Ron Pegg, who will continue to serve in a sales and consulting role.
Arron joined RAS Systems in 2015 as Regional Manager, leading business development and establishing new sales and service partnerships on the east coast. He was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2019 and helped the company further expand service operations through new training initiatives for service contractors, inventory optimization, and the implementation of an integrated case management system.
“I’m equally humbled as I am excited to lead RAS Systems through our next chapter of growth and innovation. Even in the midst of the challenges of 2020, our team has proven its ability to build out customer-centric systems that will help manufacturers take full advantage of the most advanced metal folding machines in the world. From programming solutions that help address labor shortages to creative automation products for medium and short run producers—I look forward to taking part in our customers’ efforts to modernize the manufacturing space,” said Arron Kochanowicz.
Ron Pegg will continue in a part time capacity while using his over 30 years of experience to support and educate staff on product applications and new machinery sales.

From bringing the first precision folding machine to the US market in 1992 to the exciting changes that continue today, RAS Systems is a great success story. To continue that story, Arron has been preparing for the last two years as COO, and I am now pleased to present him as CEO going forward. Dale Kroskey Appointed National Sales Manager
Dale Kroskey has joined RAS Systems as National Sales Manager. Dale has over 25 years of experience leading sales and marketing strategies for companies in the fabrication machine tool markets. He has held positions in Applications, Product Development and Senior Management for both OEM and distribution for domestic and European based companies.
“I am excited to continue my journey in the machine tool industry and join the RAS Systems team as National Sales Manager. World class machines combined with an excellent team of experienced employees have us poised to continue growing the business in the many markets we serve,” said Dale Kroskey.
Dale will work alongside Bill Kennedy, who will continue to play a leadership role at RAS Systems. Dale will incrementally take over leadership duties over the course of 2021 while tasked with expanding the sales presence in the United States.
“We are excited to add Dale to the RAS Team; his immediate responsibility will be to manage our Mid-West territory while becoming familiar with the RAS Products and Systems. Transitioning by the end of 2021 into full Management of RAS Systems, LLC’s sales efforts,” said Bill Kennedy.
